What Are your opening hours?
Monday 9am – 9pm
We ship orders 5 days a week Monday – Friday excluding public holidays.
Our Customer Service team are on hand 6 days a week to assist with your queries:

Please note we are open as normal over the festive period except for Christmas Day. Same Day Collection available upon request.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery is free on all orders. Some higher value items may require a signature upon arrival.
Next day guaranteed delivery is available at an additional cost.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept Visa and Mastercard, aswell as cash on collection.
How long will delivery take?
UK standard parcels are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked unless otherwise stated.
99% of orders will arrive the next working day – however please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us. Your tracking number can be found at the bottom of your dispatch confirmation email or by logging in to your account.
UK Next day parcels are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, and will arrive the next working day (not including weekends) if ordered before 1.30pm.

We like to reward our customers by giving a little something back, thats why our Canna Points programme is a great way to save on your CBD essentials. Earn 1 point for every £1 spent in our store, and when you have reached 120 points, claim £5 off your next order!
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
All payments are handled by our processing partner Secure Trading, using the latest in SSL technology to keep your details 100% protected.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You will recieve an email from us upon dispatch (please check your spam folder) confirming your tracking number and carrier. If you have any questions please contact us.
What is your returns policy?
Once an order has been placed and accepted, We do not accept returns/cancellations, unless the item you purchased is defective or not fit for purpose. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days. A store credit, or refund may be offered at our discretion. We will not be liable for return shipping costs.
